Use The Morning’s Power Hour

With daylight savings time, we'll be getting up one hour earlier. Once your body gets used to getting up earlier, train yourself to get up an hour earlier than the time you set your alarm for.

Use this additional hour as a power hour to set the intentions, pray, exercise, anything you can do to add more liveliness to your own life (I recommend going to sleep an hour earlier as well, to get enough sleep as you build a new routine).

I've been getting up an hour earlier every day for about 15 months now, to strengthen my body and spirit, using this as a power hour for myself.

You'll gain a full month in one year, by getting up one hour earlier every day.
