World Brain Day

It's World Brain Day.

Healthy Brain

Good brain health involves optimizing our cognitive, emotional, psychological, and behavioral functioning to cope with life situations.

Brain health conditions may manifest as neurodevelopmental and neurological conditions such as intellectual developmental disorders, autism spectrum disorders, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, dementia, cerebrovascular disease, headache, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, neuroinfections, brain tumors, traumatic injury, and neurological disorders resulting from malnutrition.

There is a lot you can do for a healthy brain :

Keep physically active

Eat a healthy diet

Get enough sleep

Stimulate your mind

Look after your heart

Wear a helmet
