A Quick Word on Holistic Therapy Day

Today it's Holistic Therapy Day.

The word Holistic comes from the Greek word holos, meaning "whole."

Holistic Therapies include different parts of care: mental, emotional, spiritual (we're not talking about religion, but feeding the spirit), physical, and psychological, among other types of care. These therapies aim to bring balance among all of these elements.

Many therapies couldn't be proven by science before that are finally accepted and studied by science and found to be accurate and improve us—for example, acupuncture, sound therapy, energy healing, and meditation. I'll try to cover more about these topics here.

When choosing therapies to heal and recover, consider holistic therapies and get to know them better. You'll see for yourself how amazing these can make you feel physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally, etc.

Have you tried any of these therapies? Write me and let me know if you did, and your experiences.

Have a calm day,

Girlene
