Setting Familial and Social Goals

These are two other areas of your life to set goals for: familial and social.

Familial: What qualities would you like your family to develop, each person and the entire family? Do you want the family to feel more peaceful, enjoy more meals together, laugh about positive things together, set other goals together, and go places together? Knowing yourself as well as you do and knowing your family, how could you make it happen?

Social: I’m not a social butterfly myself. I tend to be extroverted (feeling recharged around people, that is when people are nice :)

However, I like to be by myself too. I’m pretty balanced between extroversion and introversion (I can also feel recharged if I spend time by myself reading, thinking, exercising, having a coffee, looking at a beautiful view, etc.). I have some social goals, though, like you probably should have.

For example, you can have the goal of being more transparent in your interactions, make new long-lasting friends, become a better speaker, spend more time socially with neighbors, co-workers, friends, etc. Set goals that will make you grow socially and promote peace, harmony, love, and wisdom in your life. Set 1 or 2 goals so that you don’t overwhelm other areas of your life. For example, if you choose to spend more time socially with co-workers and want to have more dinners with your family, balance it out to accomplish both well.
